Functional fitness has become increasingly popular over the last decade… but there is one fatal flaw with most group fitness programs: the workouts are for perfect bodies with little concern for anything less.
As the head coach and owner, my body is FAR from ideal! So, at my gym, I seek to accommodate ALL BODIES! We use a revolutionary system called Level Method. It allows us to customize each workout for your body, and your considerations as an individual so that you’re always progressing safely.
I was born with Erb's Palsy, which has caused a few complications. Actually, 2 hip procedures, 4 back surgeries, and 2 shoulder repairs. Level Method is why I can still function!! Are we a CrossFit affiliate? You bet! We just seek to make functional fitness, which is what CrossFit really is, more accessible for the "rest" of us.
