Breakfast Pocket 



Ingredients:

Eggs or Egg Beaters®

Butcher-cut Diced Lean Ham or Lean Turkey Breast

Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese

Whole Wheat Pita Pockets

Olive Oil Cooking Spray

*feel free to add any veggies if you desire.  Sauté them slightly before adding the eggs to the skillet.

Apple or Pear for some units

Directions:

Step 1:  Using your individual portion amounts listed; spray a skillet with olive oil. Begin heating over med-high heat. When ready, add eggs, diced meat, and cheese.  Scramble mixture until desired amount of doneness. Remove and immediately place into your pita pocket.  

 

Wrap with a paper towel and get outta da house!
