 Make 𝐢𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 is all about

But sometimes there's an emotional aspect to why we procrastinate.

Beyond simply choosing to do something more enjoyable at the moment,

in place of the thing we said we were going to do- 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳, 𝘢𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥

𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘛𝘏𝘌 𝘛𝘏𝘐𝘕𝘎.
