For the next 4 weeks we are going to dive into 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 it means, 𝐡𝐨𝐰 to go about it, & 𝐰𝐡𝐲 as coaches we geek out on it.

"Performing the common uncommonly well" 🤔

🖼 M̲a̲k̲i̲n̲g̲ ̲a̲n̲ ̲a̲r̲t̲ ̲o̲f̲ ̲y̲o̲u̲r̲ ̲p̲h̲y̲s̲i̲c̲a̲l̲ ̲p̲r̲a̲c̲t̲i̲c̲e̲ ̲i̲s̲ ̲w̲h̲e̲r̲e̲ ̲w̲e̲ ̲f̲i̲n̲d̲ ̲V̲i̲r̲t̲u̲o̲s̲i̲t̲y̲ 💪 ; learning the simplistic yet fundamental movement patterns that lay the foundation for the fancy ones.

What might be commonly thought of as "boring"- Planks, perfect Push-Ups, slow & controlled Airsquats, Wall-Squats, Hollow Holds-

𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘺𝘦-𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴

like Overhead Squats, Butterfly Pull-Ups, Muscle-Ups...

𝔹𝕖𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕒 𝕍𝕚𝕣𝕥𝕦𝕠𝕤𝕠 (a person highly skilled in artistic pursuit) 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔-

𝑺𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒐𝒘𝒏, 𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒔, 𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒅𝒐𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝒐𝒇 "𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕"

𝕀𝕗 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕜𝕠𝕦𝕥 𝕨𝕒𝕤 𝕒 𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕜 𝕠𝕗 𝕒𝕣𝕥, 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕟𝕠𝕥 𝕒 𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕖, 𝕨𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖 𝕙𝕠𝕨 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕞𝕠𝕧𝕖?

This week, we challenge you to hit the points-of-performance of each movement with a perfect score 💯

Even if it means slowing down, your body and score will reflect the benefit of doing so in time. 🙂
