WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUTH ATHLETES, AGES 12-18, TO JOIN OUR FITNESS PROGRAM. WHETHER THEY PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS OR YOU'RE SIMPLY LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO KEEP THEM ACTIVE, OUR PROGRAM WILL HELP YOUR CHILD IMPROVE STRENGTH, SPEED, AND COORDINATION THROUGH SCIENCE-BACKED TRAINING METHODS.
PROGRAM FEE IS $99/month
WE COACH IN THE LEVEL METHOD
STABILITY AND COORDINATION COME FIRST, THEN STRENGTH, THEN POWER TRAINING.
We train our own kiddos the same way.
Tuesday/Thursday at 6:15 PM, Saturday at 9 am
The Workouts: each workout will be scaled to your student's individual abilities, beginning with the first class where we'll use Level Method to identify areas of strength and weakness. They'll experience expert coaching to ensure they are learning proper technique to help reduce the risk of injury.
Teams: Your son or daughter will be joining youth in their own age group in each class they attend to make them feel more comfortable and, in the long term, help them develop a stronger sense of belonging. They'll have the possibility of developing new friendships that'll last for years to come!
Outside of the Gym: Studies show that youth who participate in team-based training perform better in the classroom, become more confident, experience improved social skills, and are less likely to suffer from depression and anxiety.
This program is great for kids who participate or plan to participate, in team sports that want to take their athletic abilities to the next level.
Kids who enjoy being active and like to experience new things, regardless if they participate in sports or not. This is a great way to keep them happy and healthy.
Lastly, this is great for kids who simply enjoy being around and interacting with other children their age in a new and fun environment.
