The Level Method uses color levels to show your current fitness starting point. Your coach can use that information to help you train safely, choose the rigth version of the workout, and keep building it from there.
Everyone can be in the same class, but the workout can be adjusted to match each person's ability. You still get the energy of the group, with coaching that fits you.
